While helping elephants may never have been a part of your Saint Patrick’s Day celebrations in the past there is no better time to save a place in your hearts for elephants than this Irish holiday today, 17 March 2020. This year proves to be quite untraditional so why not christen an elephant to be ‘Irish for a Day’!
“Adopt me, I’m Irish”
Mbegu the elephant was rescued by the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in 2014. She just turned 6 on 15 March 2020. As a belated birthday gift to Mbegu you could adopt this sweet elephant to honor her on this Saint Patrick’s Day!
